I should hope not. My commute's been much happier now that I've been able to avoid BART and just take Caltrain. Now, BART is not terrible, but it suffers from some annoying idiosyncrasies (if you need to add fare to your ticket once you're inside the fare gates and you only have a twenty, you'll need to jump the fare gate to find the change machine). Probably the worst thing is that BART wants to expand down to the south bay, duplicating Caltrain, which has much cheaper fares. Now BART is totally necessary for Bay Area transportation, I'm not sure it's so well managed.
