Rochester-Toronto ferry

The Rochester-Toronto high-speed ferry has a website. I didn't know such a thing as a "ferry with attitude" existed.

UPDATE: We’ve been receiving a number of google hits for the Rochester/Toronto ferry. If you’ve arrived here via Google, we’d love to hear your thoughts on the ferry, as well as what drove you to search for more information. Please feel free to leave your comments in the box below. And, of course, feel free to read more of the site.

I think the name of the new ferry should be
Monarch. It reminds me of a monarch butterfly
soaring across the water.

Having lived in both Rochester and Toronto, I'm pretty sure that most of the traffic will be coming from the south, unless there's been a renaissance that I don't know about
in Rochester.

I happened to come accross the ferry website and the naming contest, I though it should be called The Trillium Rose, each being the flower of the state and provience it will be servicing, as well has the T-R initials(Toronto-Rochester). And it is fitting because Rochester is known as the "City of Flowers".

I searched for the ferry because I'm planning a trip and want to know if it's a possibility -- they've suspended operations and I hope they're back in business by November when I need to travel.
