Aren't there already enough transit systmes named Metro? Apparently not, as Valley Metro Rail in Phoenix will now be called....the metro!
How about some creativity here, people?

Temple, TX has The HOP, which consists of four somewhat useless routes with extraordinarily useless hours (6am-6pm) for one of the target ridership groups: working-age adults too poor to own cars. Said adults tend to be employeed in service industries with varying shifts. Fine for seniors, though.
